How can I track my Fire-Boltt order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it directly through the 'Track Order' section on our website using your order ID.
What is the standard delivery timeline?
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are typically faster than to rural areas.
What is the warranty policy on Fire-Boltt smartwatches?
All Fire-Boltt smartwatches and audio products come with a 1-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This covers functional defects but excludes physical or water damage.
Can I return or exchange my product?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging to initiate a request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
Are Fire-Boltt smartwatches water-resistant?
Most of our smartwatches carry an IP67 or IP68 rating, making them resistant to dust and sweat. However, we recommend checking the specific product page for depth and duration limits before swimming.
